At Cologio Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us—but due to the nature of our products, we do have a strict cancellation and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cologiopets.com. Be sure to include: Your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate
